On Crisis Management of Food Industry in China

摘要
From the Sanlu melamine milk powder incident to Yapei maggot milk powder accident, the food safety events frequently break into our field of vision, and there also includes international business such as KFC. So food safety needs greater attention since food is necessary in daily life. In food enterprises, agricultural enterprises, as the upstream enterprise, are directly related to the lifeblood of the downstream of enterprises. Therefore, safety is the most priority. This article analyses characteristics of crisis, the present situation and the method of crisis control, and the method of improving food safety.
