Small and middle-sized enterprises' obstacles and countermeasures of development in China

From the point of the analysis on the difficulties and obstacles in the development of small and middle-sized enterprises in China, based on the basic ways of foreign countries in supporting the development of small and middle-sized enterprises for reference, and combined with the present situation of the development of small and middle-sized enterprises in China, this article suggests some related countermeasures to encourage and support the development of small and middle-sized enterprises in China from some aspects, such as law, law and regulation construction, policy measure, social service system construction, and organization management, etc.
