It is an important way to develop the agricultural cycle of the economy, by which can change the agriculture and economic development. From the perspective of eco-efficiency to innovate agricultural supply chain management model, it will help improve the efficiency of the use of agricultural resources and ensure sustainable development of agriculture. Along with the rapid socio-economic development, environment is getting worse. In order to human society, sustainable development, countries have enacted more stringent environmental protection laws and regulations to strengthen environmental protection and management. With the enhanced awareness of the human environment, human society is gradually entering the era of ecological civilization. Sustainable development of agriculture is developing agriculture, saving resources and protecting the environment. They are united to meet the needs of present and future generations, in order to achieve the best ecological and economic benefits, social benefits of the "win-win situation". The principle of sustainable development is one of today's commodity production, circulation and consumption will not affect the future commodity production, circulation and consumption of resources and environmental conditions. Eco-supply chain is in view of the system and under the guidance of the principle of ecological economics, and to ensure that the process of economic activities within the supply chain flow of material and energy flow harmful to the environment the least, to pursue both economic efficiency and the pursuit of social and ecological benefits, designed to meet the human, natural and social "harmony", and to realize the common prosperity of human society and sustainable development. Eco-supply chain is the operation of specific applications for sustainable development thinking in the field of management. Eco-supply chain management is a kind of sustainable development of the new management model. The core is the introduction of new eco-design ideas, products from raw materials selection, procurement, supply, manufacturing, sale, consumption until after the waste recycling process as a whole in order to "achieve the greatest degree of resource utilization and minimize the resources consumption" for the purpose of eco-supply chain management. The entire supply chain for agricultural products, eco-design, through the chain between the various departments work closely to gether so that the entire supply chain of agricultural products in the harmonization of environmental management, the higher the efficiency of the resources of the entire supply chain to achieve the economic benefits of eco-efficiency optimization and social management.
