摘要
A variable-section reinforced cement-soil pile method was developed. Modularization design concept was adopted in designing the construction equipment, which made it a multifunctional drilling rig able to produce both constant-section and variable-section reinforced cement-soil piles. Application of rotary jet grouting technique made it easier to realize construction of variable-section piles with relatively simple construction machinery and process, while combination of rotary jet grouting technique and deep-mixing technique and combination of cement-soil pile and rigid pile brought into full play all of their advantages and overcame all of their shortcomings. The insertion construction of stiff core materials (including small or light-weight ones) was achieved with vibrating force. On the basis the field tests, application of the technique was discussed, especially in anti-floating engineering. Engineering practices show that the variable-section reinforced cement-soil pile method has a broad application prospect in engineering projects withstanding compressive, tensile and bending loads.
