In the paper, 72 species of macrofungi are reported from tropical Guangxi, China, which belong to 41 genera, 18 families, and 7 orders. Marasmius rotula (Scop.: Fr.)-Fr. and Galerina viitaeformis (Fr.) Singer are new records to China, and which are described briefly. Among them, 15 species are new records for Guangxi, 32 species edible, 28 species medicinal, 15 species poisonous, and 20 species mycorrhizal. Materials studied are deposited in the Mycological Herbarium of the Institute of Microbiology, Academia Sinica (HMAS).
