摘要
A 16-channel terahertz power synthesis amplifier module is designed. This module adopts the idea of unit design, uses the GaN power amplifier chip to carry on the binary waveguide power synthesis technical scheme, simulates the waveguide-to-microstrip transition structure and the waveguide distributor/synthesizer network. The final design and production is complete. The output power of the power amplifier module is >6w in the 95GHz-110GHz frequency band, and the performance of the power amplifier module is stable and can meet the engineering requirements.
