摘要
(0.75-x)BiFeO3-0.25BaTiO(3)-xLa(Co0.5Mn0.5)O-3 + 1 mon % MnO2 lead-I ree ceramics (x 0 0.101 were synthesiied by a conventional solid-state reaction route and the effects of LA(Co0.5Mn0.5) on phase transition. pietoelectric. ferroectric. and multiferroic properties of the ceramics were investigated. The ceramics can he well sintered 960 degrees C for 2 h. After the addition of La(Co0.5Mn0.5)O-3. the crystal structure of the ceramics k transformed Ifom rhombohedral (space group R3c to orthorhombic symmetry (space group A um-12 L and the morphotropic phase houndary IVIPB) of rho mhohedral and orthorhombic phases is Ibrmed at 0.01 +/- 0.03. The dielectric peak ol the ceramics was I ound to become di I usive with increasing A-. The ceramics with 00.03 possess strong pie/oelectricity with (1*; of 95 108 pC N H strong ferroelectricity with P-r, of 2.2-311.1 mu C cm(-2). considerahle magnetoelectric coeflicient of 372 672 mV/cm(-2). and high Curie temperature of 523-659 degrees C. showing potential applications in multiferroic devices.
