摘要
This letter describes a new multiresolution time-domain scheme which is developed based on Coifman compactly supported scaling functions with some number of vanishing moments. The highly linear dispersion properties of this scheme are investigated and the two-dimensional and three-dimensional scattering problems are analyzed in order to demonstrate the advantages of this scheme over conventional finite difference time-domain scheme with respect to memory requirements and computing time.
