摘要
Ide (Leuciscus idus L.) sperm diluted with 0.85% NaCl in a ratio of 1:9 was genetically inactivated by ultraviolet (UV) irradiation doses ranging from 384 to 3,456 J m(-2). The most effective dose, expressed as a high percentage of hatched haploid embryos, was 1,920 J m(-2). The UV treatment did not kill any spermatozoa, and afterwards the activated spermatozoa showed a high percentage of motility. In the majority of groups treated the spontaneous gynogenotes were recorded and verified using genetic markers.
