摘要
The development of community health care system is a positive solution to achieve the goal of universal health care for everybody. Its ultimate goal is advanced technology applied to conventional medical care for realizing the hospital care to the family care and really improving life quality. In this paper, we built a software platform by using VC + + program for realizing immediate communication of remote medical monitoring. By the platform, medical monitoring person can see the real-time ECG from monitored client terminal and make recommendations to the patient. The platform accomplished ECG images real-time transmission and remote medical monitoring.
