摘要
this work, two lanthanide metal coordination polymers (CPs) with Ho ions as metal centers were successfully prepared via the reaction between metal salt HoCl3 center dot 6H(2)O or Ho(NO3) 3 center dot 6H(2)O and the ligand of 4-(pyridyl-N-oxide)methylphosphonic acid (H2L) under solvothermal conditions. Their chemical formulae are {[Ho-2(L)(2)(H2O)(5)](2)Cl center dot 2H(2)O} n (1) and [Ho(L)(OH)(H2O)](n) (2). Their bioactivity and mechanism were analyzed for possible application as ischemic injury treatment. First, percentage of the apoptotic myocardium was determined with flow cytometry after treatment using the compound. The activation for the signaling pathway of PI3K/Akt in myocardium was also examined by real-time RT-PCR.
