DYNAMICS OF CROSS-BORDER M&A AS AN INCENTIVE TO DEVELOPMENT OF CROATIAN ECONOMY

Cross-border M&A are defined as an aspect of corporative strategy which large companies use to annul negative course of domestic market by entering and integrating global markets. Changes in global environment such as liberalization on national levels, internationalization of business policies, development of technological innovations, intensified global competition... dynamized cross-border M&A growth in recent years. This paper will try to carry out the problems and challenges which have arrised in Croatia in order to define the course and development perception by using cross-border M&A business opportunities. all which are the result of changes that have been already occuring at regional level.
