摘要
Project is the lifeblood of construction enterprise, weak management capabilities of project will cause low operation efficiency and resource waste. According to the management characteristics of construction enterprise, the business layer should be in the core of management architecture. It is necessary to strengthen project management by information circulation to eliminate the internal information islands. At the macro level, a closed circulatory management model for construction enterprise based on information platform is constructed. In order to get the effective management control of project at the micro level, the project management control model from information flow perspective is suggested.
