Magnetotransport in short period lateral superlattices

摘要
Magnetotransport phenomena in unidirectional lateral superlattice (LSL) systems of short and ultrashort periods have been studied. Commensurability oscillation is observed in the composite fermion regeme near V=3/2. Quenching of the spin gap at odd integer filling by the potential modulation is demonstrated. Reproducible magnetoresistance fluctuation has been found in one of the ultrashort LSL samples.
