An application of CSAMT to exploration of geothermal water

摘要：
CSAMT sounding is frequency domain electromagnetic sounding method by using artificial source. It is characterized by high ability of anti-man made noise, large detection depth and high resolution, and has been used for exploration of deep geothermal water. Some case histories of geothermal exploration in several geothermal fields in Beijing, with rather good results obtained, are described in this paper, showing that CSAMT is an effective method for geothermal exploration.
