Let (g) over cap be an affine Lie algebra of type 1. We give a PBW basis for the quantum affine algebra U-q((g) over cap) with respect to the triangular decomposition of (g) over cap associated with the imaginary positive root system. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
