摘要
The study was conducted at the Tajamar Health Center, which aims to develop educational strategies on nutrition and its correlation of the value of anthropometry with the level of nutrition in children from 2 to 5 years old. A descriptive, quali-quantitative and field study was carried out using techniques such as the survey to determine what is the level of knowledge of the children's mothers; which allowed identifying the nutritional state in which they are and if the growth and development of each child is according to the age. When the research was carried out, it was verified that there is an eating disorder in the children, since 50% of the mothers prepare their food with carbohydrates, and only 20% of the mothers indicate that they send fruit to their children in the lunch boxes; 55% of the mothers refer to the consumption of junk food, and the lack of physical activity is often a risk factor for illness due to the eating disorder. Strategies were designed and implemented based on the assessment of nutritional status to improve children's lifestyle and knowledge about healthy eating in harmony with physical activity.
