SCHEDULING SOLUTION FOR GRID META-BROKERING USING THE PLIANT SYSTEM

摘要
In this paper we present some advanced scheduling techniques with a weighted fitness function for an adaptive Meta-Brokering Grid Service using the Pliant system, which enables a higher level utilization of the existing grid brokers. We construct and demonstrate the efficiency of our new algorithms in a grid simulation environment. The results given here demonstrate that the proposed novel scheduling technique produces better performance scores.
