摘要：
The following article deals with qualification and the functions of internal consulting. The main interest lies in the needs of the organisation internal consulting could give an answer to. The material for this description is the evaluation of a university course "Teambuilding and Consulting in Organisations" in wich employees of the "Deutsche Telekom AG" were trained to be internal consultants. The description of the learning experiences focusses on the social skills resulting from a connection of individual, group and organisational learning.
