摘要：
With the development of market, the family enterprises face more and more pressures and competitions. How to introduce and keep excellent professional managers is particularly important for the development of family enterprises. Therefore it is worth researching on establishing a set of scientific and reasonable incentive mechanism for professional managers to let them devote themselves to serve enterprises wholeheartedly.
