摘要：
The paper focuses on the system of investment incentives which has been used since 1998. Investment incentives are mostly presented as an efficient tool of economic policy to eliminate negative impacts of economic cycle. The aim of the paper is to consider the development of the investment incentives in the period of 1998-2017, and to verify their effect on the economic cycle. It came out that investment incentives have been more or less pro-cyclical, and their volume does not increase with decreasing yield of the capital.
