摘要
The biferroic properties of Fe-doped Ba(Ti0.8Zr0.2)O-3 materials were obtained. The random incorporation of Fe cations into the host lattice of the Ba(Ti0.8Zr0.2)O-3 materials reduced the optical band gap and exerted a strong influence on ferromagnetism at room temperature. The nonlinear polarization electric of the host Ba(Ti0.8Zr0.2)O-3 materials remained even after the introduction of Fe cations. This work is importance because it extends the function of Ba(Ti0.8Zr0.2)O-3 materials to smart electronic applications. (C) 2020 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
