Metallic Wall-based Plasmon Nanocavities with 1-D Photonic Crystals

摘要
We propose a metallic wall-based plasmon nanocavity with 1-D photonic crystals. Numerical results show that the proposed structure achieves a mode volume of 0.39(lambda/n)(3) and a Q factor of 604.
