摘要
Synthetic hourly values of climate variables are the only alternative when measured data are not available. A lot of efforts have been made to generate synthetic weather data. A review of the previous work is given in this paper, and some points are discussed. The work in this paper is helpful to further researches on meteorological models for energy analysis.
