Child development and schizophrenic risk: a retrospective study

摘要：

We elaborated a questionnaire to study perinatal events and development over the six first years of life, 45 mothers of schizophrenic patients answered to this questionnaire about their children with (51) or without (56) schizophrenia. Perinatals events are as common in both groups (21,5% vs 19,6%). But, there is a significant increase of early seizures (p<0,01) and developmental disorders (p<0,01) in schizophrenic patients.
