摘要：
This paper puts forward and proves this activity of matriculating, teaching and studying according to college entrance examination is a sort of method which is called as layers of teaching and studying, proves this method is better than that method which is selected for every higher school to independently carry out, and puts forward some suggestion to perfect the front. So, this paper is good for Chinese higher education to improve quality of teaching and studying.
