摘要
In this study, the electrochemical properties of hierarchically nanostructured boron-doped diamond (BDD) electrodes (BDDE) were investigated. Wet etching and plasma technique was used to etch silicon substrate and surface of BDD to produce nanostructures with dimensions ranging from tenths to hundreds of nm in width and height, located on pyramids with micrometres dimentions. The obtained nanostructured surface influenced the electrochemical potential window and current density of electrodes. Voltammetric bahaviour of structured BDD was studied for determination of potential window and redox reaction K-4[Fe(CN)(6)].
