摘要：

This case illustrates that a child having severe neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus (NPSLE) with seizure and cerebral vascular disease showed excellent clinical outcome in response to intravenous methyIprednisolone and cyclophosphamide pulse, and presented unexplained red ears phenomenon.
