CAPITAL REPRODUCTION IN THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF ECONOMY AS AN OBJECT OF FINANCIAL POLICY

摘要
The article discusses the features of capital reproduction in the agricultural sector of the economy as an object of state financial policy. The definition of capital reproduction in the agricultural sector as the periodically renewed functioning of the productive capital of interconnected enterprises of various agricultural sectors and functionally related service units is noted; they satisfy the need for food and raw materials for the processing industry; investing productive capital provides a cyclical passage through the agricultural production process and an increase in value in the form of income. It is emphasized that the essence and features of capital reproduction in the agricultural sector of the economy remain in sufficiently studied, taking into account the determination of the possibilities and the feasibility of purpose fully managing this process by means of financial policy. An understanding of the features of capital reproduction in the agricultural sector of the economy is proposed to be based on the methodological principles of studying the patterns and characteristics of the circulation of production, commodity and money capital. It is proved that the cycle of capital reproduction in the agricultural sector of the economy has an intersectoral combined nature and can be structured into three autonomous cycles interconnected by intersectoral relations - in rural production, in the processing of agricultural products and in the procurement and trading activities. Causal relations between the complex of specific features of the agricultural sector of the economy and the characteristics of the reproduction of its capital are presented in the form of a causal model for the formation of the characteristics of the reproduction of capital of the agricultural sector of the economy. Based on a set of features of the reproductive cycle of capital in the agricultural sector of the economy, the requirements to the formation of the corresponding state financial policy are determined.
