摘要：
Renal collecting (Bellini) duct carcinoma is a rare variant of renal cell carcinoma associated with a highly aggressive course and poor prognosis, often metastatic at the time of diagnosis. The authors report a case of a 41-year-old woman with a diagnosis of Bellini duct carcinoma, who underwent postoperative staging with F-18-FDG PET/CT. The images revealed strong tracer uptake in multiple metastases distributed in bone, lymph nodes, and lung.
