摘要：

The logistics supply chain decisions by one e-commerce enterprise and one logistics service provider consisting of online shopping is analyzed. According to Stackelberg dynamic game theory, the variables and profits of e-commerce enterprises and logistics service providers are discussed under the conditions of individual and centralized decision-making. Study shows that: in a centralized decision-making condition, the overall profit of e-commerce enterprises and logistics service provider increased significantly. But it may also lead to decreasing profit of e-commerce enterprise. And therefore it requires re-distribution of profits based on revenue sharing to increase profits of the e-commerce business and logistics service provider, which is a win-win situation. Finally, a numerical example is analyzed and verified.
