摘要：
The web-based network management is a new model of computer network management,which has overcome the deficiencies of the existing network management. In this article the advantages of web-based network management are analysed. Combined with the standards of Web-based management and and the achievable modes, the methods by adopting the strategy of "centralized management and distributed processing" to design region networkplatform are put forward.
