摘要
The electro-hydraulic load simulator is a complex system composed by the electro-hydraulic position servo system and the electro-hydraulic force load servo system, and the two systems are coupling each other. Electro-hydraulic load simulator is a typical passive force load system with strong position disturbance. Aiming at the question of the superfluous force seriously influence load precision of the load system dynamic passive load, and the superfluous force produced from the special coupling each other structure, the fuzzy adaptive neural network control strategy is adopted in this paper. Adaptive adjustment ability of the neural network was used and the structure succinct with rule high efficiency characteristics of the fuzzy intelligent controller was used to adjust weights of the network on line rapidly, and the superfluous force influence could be inhibited effectively by this way and the dynamic performance of the load system could be improved. Research of the simulation and the experiment showed that the system model built in the paper and the control strategy are correct, and the strategy could inhibit the superfluous force high effectively.
