摘要：
As the founder of the first socialist country in the world, Lenin developed a series of thought of democratic politics in the process of leading the socialist revolution and construction of the Soviet Union, which not only inherited Marxism, but also provided a useful reference to current China's social governance: the political goal is to realize the people's equality in rights, the political impetus is to improve the present political systems, and the political safeguard is to mobilize the initiatives of people.
