摘要
It is discussed the characteristics of wind resource, and is forced on researching the meteorological impact factors of wind farm output power in plateau mountain areas and in different terrain conditions. The thesis analyzes the influences of wind farm output power caused by meteorological impact factors in wind farm areas with the typical characteristics of plateau mountain areas. Finally, It is pointed out that the set of wind speed and wind direction is the minimum meteorological impact factor set of wind farm output power in plateau mountain areas.
