摘要
A self-sensing magnetic bearing system of closed loop control, which is based on the principle of differential transformer, is investigated in the paper. First, a constant voltage pulse width modulated (PWM) signal is designed to drive the biased electromagnet. Then, the PWM carrier frequency component of the measured mutual induction voltage is analyzed to establish the function relationship. Finally, the experimental study was carried out and the experimental result shows that the self-sensing magnetic bearing system is promising.
