摘要
This paper studies the relationship among cross border search, the ability of knowledge integration and innovation performance, and 173 enterprises of Jiangsu questionnaires verify assumptions. The results show that the cross-boundary search positively correlated with innovation performance; The three dimensions of knowledge integration ability (systematic integration ability, cooperative integration ability and socialization integration ability) are positively correlated with innovation performance. There is a partial intermediary effect between the cross-boundary search and innovation performance. This provides a theoretical guidance for enterprises to get rid of "capability traps", and obtain and utilize new knowledge.
