摘要：

The accessibility of business web applications is important for the workplace integration of disabled people. Compared to static web pages it is much more difficult to make highly dynamic web applications accessible. This is due to the fact that such applications have a quite complex structure to support intensive user interaction. In addition disabled users must be enabled to use the application with sufficient performance to be productive. We show on the example of a CRM web application some of these design problems and possible solutions.
