摘要
As the most basic production index, the port throughput also can reflect the level of economic development of the port city. A correct and reasonable throughput prediction is very important for the development strategy study of national economy and regional economic. Grey prediction theory could reveal features of the development and changes in the port throughput, which is widely used to predict the port throughput.
