摘要：
Historical and current situations concerning dairy goat production for smallholders in Sichuan, China, are herein reported, including an introduction to dairy goat projects in both China and North Korea. The following are covered: historical development of dairy goat production for smallholders in Sichuan, China breed identification and productivity of imported dairy goats imported dairy goats crossbred with indigenous ones The Dairy Goat Project carried out by Heifer Project International (HPI) China Program and North Korea.
