RISK MANAGEMENT IN ROMANIAN RECESSION ECONOMY - RESEARCH NOTES

The paper present some of the results of a wider research on the development of risk management in the Romanian contemporary economy. Risk management being rather under-rated in the economical environment in Romania, it is not a priority in the specialised academic curricula neither. The lack of interest in developing the efficient risk management of the Romanian companies resulted in a greater exposure of companies to increasing risk level and incertitude, during and after the major economic crises impact.
