摘要：
The article deals with three areas that currently require thinking, expert solution and after that plan of military professionals training modification: need to prepare candidates for new professions in the military, need to extend the military expertise with "civilian" skills and introduce new ways of leadership and management in army together with current quality military processes preservation. The article shows possibility of solutions developed by experts in psychology, sociology, andragogy, business managers and military professionals.
