摘要
Through the analysis on the features of expressway in mountainous district and the factors influencing operating speed of vehicles, the paper introduce some domestic and overseas commonly used prediction models, and made a case study on a certain expressway in mountainous district by using the IHSDM model and the model provided by the Evaluation Guide on the Safety of Highway Project, and established speed limits of this expressway for various vehicle types, different road sections and special spot locations.
