摘要
The case study concentrates on success factors of eLearning from the viewpoints of stakeholders of AROP-2.2.19-2013-2013-0001 titled as "Creating of electronic training and distance learning materials" project of National University of Public Service. After literature review the flow chart of creating and development of eLearning curriculum and its necessary elements are shown, then the difficulties and opportunities are explored according to in-depth interviews of stakeholders. The success factors are summarized by interviewees and the article draw attention to further research directions, to possible narrower fields.
