摘要
To design a broadband and high-power capacity PIN diode limiter for protecting sensitive circuits, the band-pass filter circuit is used to improve the S parameters. The structure of multi-stage limiting and the power-divider structure are used to increase the power capacity. Finally, the bandwidth is widened from 200MHz to 2.7GHz. The maximum insert loss is less than 2.2dB. The power capacity is more than 77.6W.
