摘要
In the demand of low carbon environmental protection and new energy vehicle market, the lithium-ion battery goes into the important period of development. As a lithium-ion production enterprises, Original battery Energy Technology Inc, how to choose the development model in many uncertain factors, is a core problem in the development of enterprise. In this paper, with a case of OE intega-ation of upstream and downstream industry chain samples, we use an exploratory case study method with a dynamic point of view to discuss the resource integration and the vertical dynamic process. The results indicate that, as for the current development of lithium-ion battery, vertically integrated business model can make the upstream and downstream of each link of the industry chain development balanced, which is an effective way of collecting technical resources and market resources. So, this paper has a farreaching significance on the perfection of business model theory system and guidance of the enterprise practice.
