摘要
Cracks frequently occur due to the torsional vibration for 6M50 type reciprocating piston compressors. In this paper, a comprehensive study is performed through finite element analysis software-ANSYS to solve the cracking problems of crankshaft vibration. Dynamic simulation of crankshaft torsional vibration was done and the results were analyzed. Finite element modeling process of compressor crankshafts is discussed, and then the results of modal analysis for different modification plans are compared. Transient dynamic analysis of the unit is performed. The fundamental causes of cracking for crankshafts with different major diameters are explained theoretically by comparing simulation and practical results.
