摘要
The positron annihilation lifetimes by slow positron beam are measured in the thin Fe films, which are grown under the hydrogen pressures 5.0 x 10(-10) and 4.5 x 10(-7) Torr, in positron-incident energies 2 and 3 keV. We have suggested experimentally the presence of hydrogen-induced vacancies in thin Fe films. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
