摘要
We report a case of a viable cesarean scar pregnancy diagnosed at 7 weeks of gestation. The patient was conservatively managed by chemotherapy, intra-amniotic instillation of potassium chloride, and bilateral uterine artery embolization. The gestational sac was not sonographically visible 44 days after the treatment. No surgical treatment was necessary. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science Ireland Ltd. All rights reserved.
