摘要
With the implementation of the universal two-child policy in China, the female employment is facing more and more severe challenges. There are many influence factors in female employment rights, but the 1 inadequate laws are still the root cause. Presently,the female employment still faces many legal obstacles which need to be overcome. The notable legal means to safeguard women's employment rights overseas offer some beneficial practice for China. Drawing lessons from foreign experiences and combining with the reality of China, the govement should strengthen the legal protection of women's employment rights. That is the basic approach to safeguard women's employment rights.
